About Breathwork
Breathwork is a very simple yet profound 3 part breathing technique that originates from pranayama yoga. Unlike meditation, where we are aware of the mental chatter, BW is an active, efficient, effective technique that will allow you to disconnect from the mind, enter a state of higher consciousness, and bring you to a deeper state of connection and love.
What to Expect During a Breathwork Session
You lay on the floor, music is played, you breathe while Lauren and Gwen coach you through active breathing for a period of time, followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation and relaxation. Each breath work session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one BW session to the next. You may experience the following benefits:
