I know the current state of politics, finances, environment, global events have left so many feeling shocked, outraged, overwhelmed, uncertain, out of control, and at the core in fear.
It's natural. You are unsure of what will happen, what to do, how to prepare, maybe even numb or frozen. You might feel called to help yourself navigate this rocky terrain but don't know where to start, or feel scared to invest even in self care. When we are uncertain we feel fear.
I get it.
Feeling fear is a normal and natural human experience. I've had moments of feeling fear too. What matters is what we do with it, how do we support ourselves and the fear, the mental spiral, the negative loops that can unknowingly take over, and before we know it, we've lost our center.
I had a client just last week share with me that while they know they are blessed with optimal health, an amazing husband, two happy children, a successful company, they have been caught in this doom and gloom loop and can't seem to get out of it (and yes, you could also be feeling postpartum depletion, nervous system dysregulation, adrenal fatigue, cortisol burnout, perimenopause, insomnia, anxiety, other health issues, just to name a few, which Grounded can also support you with).
I see this collective fear as a beautiful opportunity to rise into love.
Loving ourselves first and foremost so we can love others, so we can be in our work, our families, our communities, our creations from a frequency of love versus fear.

1. Safe and Sound Protocol by Dr. Steven Porges
Dr. Porges is the founder of The Polyvagal Theory in 1994, a neuroscientist, professor, and psychologist who specializes in the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which influences our behavior, emotions, and physiological state, especially in relation to social interactions and stress responses.
I am so honored and grateful to have studied with Dr. Porges, and continuing my studies with The Polyvagal Institute and Unyte Health team (he is the original source of the nervous system regulation revolution that we see all over social media).
The Safe and Sound Protocol is a listening protocol for the vagus nerve, nervous system, brain and body, and how we perceive and receive and integrate our world.
In the group you will learn why this protocol is critical to our nervous system, safety, security, connection - and if we are operating at an unconscious and/or conscious level of fear and love. You will receive a personalized listening program and support as you listen.

2. Limbic Retraining
This simple process helps rewire the brain’s limbic system, which is responsible for emotion regulation, memory, and survival responses. It is commonly used for people experiencing chronic stress, trauma, and hypersensitivity conditions caused by a dysregulated nervous system.

2. Somatic Medicine
This a process I created in 20 years of studying and serving clients. Somatic Medicine is based on the concepts of somatic healing and combines inner child, reparenting, shadow work, parts work, breathwork, and energy medicine work. The method you will learn emphasizes awareness of bodily sensations, feelings, and experiences as a way to address psychological and emotional issues for clarity and empowerment. It brings:
Body Awareness so we are connected to how we feel, versus numb, dissociated, or living disembodied from our head up.

3. Spirital and Ancestral ToolsLearn about the difference between religion, spirituality, shamanism
Learn to connect to something that you believe in and can resource
Learn how to protect your frequency, psychic, and energy fields
Learn spiritual tools to shift your state, reconnect to Source
Learn daily, weekly, monthly rituals for your Highest Self
