I know the current state of politics, finances, environment, global events have left so many feeling shocked, outraged, overwhelmed, uncertain, out of control, and at the core in fear. You are unsure of what will happen, what to do, how to prepare, and even numb or frozen. You might feel called to help yourself navigate this rocky terrain but don't know where to start, or feel scared to invest even in self care.

I understand the level of overwhelm and pressure women and men feel keeping the many plates of their life spinning - at work, health, wealth, relationships, and life. I get that too. Feeling overwhelm is unfortunately a byproduct of our fast paced modern world, but there are solutions and tools to feeling more grounded, centered, and balanced.

I also know the uncertainty that many women feel during midlife, when they experience change in sleep and exhaustion, weight and brain fog, anxious and just don’t feel quite like themselves, and when the exercise or tools that used to help them feel better working anymore. Women in this phase of life are questioning their life unsure of what to do about it.

Feeling fear, overwhelm, confused is a normal and natural human experience. I've had moments of feeling fear too. What matters is what we do with it, how do we support ourselves and the fear, the mental spiral, the negative loops that can unknowingly take over, and before we know it, we've lost our center.


I see each of these scenarios as an opportunity to get grounded.

2. Limbic Retraining


This simple process helps rewire the brain’s limbic system, which is responsible for emotion regulation, memory, and survival responses. It is commonly used for people experiencing chronic stress, trauma, and hypersensitivity conditions caused by a dysregulated nervous system.

This a process I created in 20 years of studying and serving clients. Somatic Medicine is based on the concepts of somatic healing and combines inner child, reparenting, shadow work, parts work, breathwork, and energy medicine work.     3. BREATHWORK

    Learn the science of breathwork tools and breathwork healing and how to integrate these into your daily life for reduced stress, anxiety, depression, cortisol, adrenal fatigure, and more relaxation, calm, focus, better sleep, and ability to be resilient in stressful times.

    4. Practical Spiritual Tools

  • Learn about the difference between religion, spirituality, energy shamanism

  • Learn to connect to something that you believe in and can resource

  • Learn how to protect your frequency, psychic, and energy fields

  • Learn spiritual tools to shift your state, reconnect to Source
