The 3-month RISE Group Coaching Container is designed for women who they have an inner calling, a big dream, vision, goal, or quality that they want to up-level into within their lives but don’t know where to start or want support, guidance, and a sacred container as they rise.

The RISE Group Coaching Container is an introduction to Gwen’s work and includes all of the tools Gwen uses within her work with clients - spiritual psychology, coaching, inner child, shadow, somatic healing, limiting beliefs and mindset, human design and enneagram, breathwork, moon mastery, as well as spiritual, energy, and shamanic practices to rise and raise your frequency and visions. You will rise in your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, energetic tools and embodiment you’ve been seeking.

Included in the group coaching are weekly calls on Thursday from 10:00-11:30 am PST, access to virtual moon circles while in the container, a private virtual community to ask questions and receive support between calls, and a session with Gwen.
