Unlike yoga or meditation, where we are aware of the mental chatter, Breathwork is an active, efficient, effective breathing technique that will allow you to disconnect from the mind, enter a different state of consciousness, and open to a deeper state of connection and love.
Gwen will open the circle with a meditation, intention setting and sharing, and overview of the practice. Then you will lay down, music will be played, and you will actively engage in the three-part breath for 20-25 minutes followed by 10 minutes of relaxation, grounding and closing the circle.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING BREATHWORK?
Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual, as well as from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to:
