In this workshop, Gwen will create a sacred space through ancient rituals. Participants will then lay on the floor with music playing and actively breathe, followed by meditation and then sitting in a circle to create intentions from an embodied and elevated space. Gwen closes the circle with a closing exercise and gratitude.
Participants leave feeling connected, empowered, peaceful, and calm and inspired from an embodied place for the month ahead. Breathwork benefits can include: relieving stress, depression, anxiety, fear, anger, blocks and tension and opening to a more natural state of peace, calm, gratitude, clarity and connection to experience more grace and flow and lead your life from the heart and love. After completing the workshop participants will learn how to take the practice home and incorporate into their daily meditation practice.
