welcome to the moon mastery

Each week you will receive a video, guided meditation, guided breathwork, as well as a ritual and journaling prompts to activate and work with the energy of the moon. You will learn more about the phases of lunar energy, stages of womanhood, the chakras and energy in your body, season and elements to amplify your wisdom and in-tunement.

The purpose of the introduction video is to initiate your journey for the week, the guided meditation is to engage the mind and heart levels of consciousness, and the breathwork is intended to activate the energy and multidimensional. The ritual and journaling will support you with integration and application into the daily movement of your human life as a spiritual being who eats, moves, works, loves, creates.

My intention for this course is to ensure it honors all individuals who feel called into a deeper connection with the moon. Celebrating, honoring, and engaging with the wisdom of the moon has been practiced across all continents, cultures, races, and genders. By opening our relationship with the moon, we call upon our ancestors, our lineages of this and past lives, nature and Source.

I give thanks to my teachers, doctors, schools, therapists, coaches, healers, guides that led me back to the wisdom of the moon.

With love, Gwen

guided meditation

Meditation can feel frustrating for many people with an active mind and body. The initial purpose of meditation is not to have a calm mind per say, but to become aware of the mind, and its thoughts, stories, patterns, and how we engage, relate, distract, avoid it.

With practice, I find that meditation can become this beautiful exchange of awareness and nothingness, where we travel back and forth between our thoughts and something much greater than us - our Soul and Source.

I have been meditating since I was 15 years old and as a result, meditation has become a non-negotiable part of my daily self care. I have never been formerly trained until recently in completing my Meditation Certification with Chopra. If you would like more information, click here and mention my name.

My intention for the weekly meditations in this course, whether you are a beginner or expert, is to drop into the void, the space between where you, your Soul, and Source reside, so that you can access a new level of consciousness to see and experience your life.

I invite you to do the guided meditation for each stage of the moon at least once, ideally every day as you are going through the course. There is something magical that happens in our energy when we show Source that we are willing to have a deeper relationship, and it meets us halfway.

guided breathwork

If you are new to Breathwork I would encourage starting off with the 3, 7, 14 minute guided breathwork sessions on a daily basis and doing the guided breathwork for each week once. If you have not downloaded them, you can access them here.

If you are experienced with Breathwork, I would encourage doing the guided Breathwork at least twice (or more times other than the week you are bleeding) in one week while enrolled in the course. Remember, when we are bleeding we are loosing vital life force, and its essential to maintain that even in our spiritual practices.

When and if you repeat the course throughout the year, I encourage you to attune to your intuition and to the season of the year. In general, we tend to have access to more energy during the full moons, spring and summer, and less energy to expend in the autumn and fall months.

Over the years I have also been observing patterns within women around their Human Design and Ayurvedic doshas. If you do not know your dosha, you can take a free quiz here, and I am now trained in blending Ayurveda into your coaching. You might really benefit from more or less Breathwork.

Remember, there’s no set prescription when it comes to Breathwork. I have personally found doing Breathwork very helpful at certain times in my life, but also not helpful during other times. Only you can know what is most aligned for your spiritual and human evolution.

ritual and journaling

The purpose of ritual is to take information and turn it into experience. We experience wisdom when knowledge becomes embodied. Rituals have been practiced across all continents, cultures, races, genders, and we are in a new paradigm of remembering our ancient ways, and integrating them with modern intelligence.

My encouragement is to engage with the rituals as they are shared, and after one round, listen to your intuition. You might find you want to engage as they are outlined. But you might also be guided to follow the calling of how Source wants you to engage in a way that is unique to you. So, let go of what doesn’t serve, add, or edit.
