Why Social Distancing Feels Good
/One of the things that has shocked me the most in the past month is that I don’t miss being in-person with my friends as much as I thought I would...
⠀⠀
Maybe it’s because I’ve had to learn how to stay connected with family that lives on the other coast the last 16 years? Or maybe because I’m an introvert and I love being alone while remaining connected? Or maybe because I’ve learned to be okay with death and rebirth of relationships?
But what feels more true is because of energy. I don’t miss my friends because I still FEEL them and connect with them even if we don’t talk or get together.
There is much more to relationships than the human dimension of touching and seeing. There are other realms and realities, some which are hard for the human mind to comprehend.
When I started studying healing, shamanism, and breathwork I finally had context for what I’d been feeling my entire life. A wave of relief and peace that I’d never felt before.
I didn’t know why each of us in this photo came together and formed a mastermind. But the longer we meet, the more gets revealed. Our differing races, cultures, religions, backgrounds don’t connect us. Our souls and the many times we’ve been together beyond this life does connect us.
⠀⠀
I’ve had to learn this loosing so many that I love, and I know this to be true from my near death experience. Connection is inside of me, and it’s inside of you. Not in seeing or touching others. We are being called to awaken and evolve into a new way of living, and connecting.
There are so many dimensions that we have access to but haven’t tapped into yet. How can you start? It’s where your intuition and your heart and your soul start to merge.
Think about someone you love. Where do you feel that in your body? Then start to feel into their energy and how it touches you, and where it touches you. Then let them energetically touch that place inside of you. See what happens...
