When you went quiet after opening the records I felt plant tendrils wrap around my legs and I saw and felt and saw a fire in my brain so when you talked about burning it immediately resonated. Then I remember you talked about darkness and then light and you stayed in the darkness for a second and made a “mmm” noise and said that staying in the darkness will release the ear pressure. I felt that pressure release in my ears. Then as I was listening I felt one ear listening to you and another ear focus in on all of these weird images and old memories that popped up. It’s like I had to ride those waves and see. I was a farmer’s wife and found out my husband had had an affair with a farm hand. I think it’s where an abandonment wound I have comes from. Then I can’t really remember where my mind went but I felt this sense of impermanence and strength and living in my world, no one else’s.
