The Winter Solstice is a portal that we move through on the darkest night of the year.
This year we are weaving a new way of living and being, and being in ritual on this evening projects those intentions into the coming years.
In this one hour class, we will connect with the energy of the solstice, breath that through our bodies, and share prior to ending the circle.
If you are unable to come live, you will have access to the recording of introduction, breathwork, but sharing portion will remain confidential to those in the live session.
The class starts promptly at 5 pm pt, and ends at 6 pm pt. The Exchange is $22.
