Writing Your Authentic Voice led by Kim Agnew and Jillian Hanson

Writing with others in a loving space is a powerful practice. What emerges in our writing often lands as a revelation to us and is received as a gift by others. In this writing workshop, we’ll write spontaneously to given prompts. The only instruction: arrive at the page and follow what arises; the form is not as important as what the process allows and elicits. Novice and experienced writers are welcome; there will be no expectation or judgment, only a time and space apart with others to play and discover your own authentic voice.

Kim and Jillian have been offering writing workshops, book guidance, and creative consulting for more than ten years through their company, Blue Sky Black Sheep. Jillian is a poet and writer with a background in theatre/performance who spent many years working in non-profit development. Kim spent 30 years leading creative groups in her career as a magazine editor and marketing professional before founding Blue Sky Black Sheep. Their company's mission is to find and animate the golden thread of meaning that runs through a person’s life and what they're bringing to the world.
