Introduction to Holistic Herbalism and Winter Herbal Support

Introduction to Holistic Herbalism and Winter Herbal Support

As we move into the winter season, let’s explore how herbalism can support our body, mind and emotions. For centuries indigenous people or North America have understood the power of medicinal herbs to support health and balance through the cold months. In this talk we’ll discuss the specific ways in which winter calls us to adapt and which herbs can best support us in staying warm and healthy through the season. We’ll talk about how to fortify your immune system, support adaptability, and cultivate a deeper connection with the natural world.
