This breathwork circle led by our very own member, Gwen Dittmar, will provide practical tools for our everyday lives when we go through the hard moments as single mothers, co-parents, or if you are not yet divorced and in separation or considering this difficult transition.
Unlike meditation, where we are aware of the mental chatter, breathwork is an active, efficient, effective technique that will allow you to disconnect from the mind and enter a different state of consciousness.
Breathwork can reduce stress, release of trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, grief and/or anger. During our session we will discuss your intention for breathing, create a sacred space ending with meditation and integration.
