The Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere is symbolic time when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and the day and night hours are equal in length. The Ancient Pagan community would celebrate this time of the year with a festival called Mabon, honoring the changing seasons, and balance of day and night, that our light is linked to the coming dark of winter. In this Breathwork Circle, we will expand on September’s theme of Parasitic Energy, and learn to listen with love to our shadows, fears, aspects in order to heal and clear. By placing these “darker” energies in the light, we release the weight they have on us, and enter the equinox and solstice with more flow and lightness.
