In this course you'll learn how to use the spirituality of the lunar stages, the menstrual cycles, the stages of womanhood, the elements of nature, the seasons, the chakras, and the ideal forms of exercise, food, work through meditation, Breathwork, rituals, journaling and embodiment as a modern woman.

You will notice a huge shift in all areas of your life as you become embodied and celebrate your relationship to the moon, your Soul, and the divine Source that moves through you.

My intention is to share this in an easy, digestible way, with depth, authenticity, and for it to be inclusive. My intention is so that you can activate and master your moon. So you can honor your unique experiences of being a woman. To come into communion with your cycle and self so you can heal the generations of ancestors before you who’s bodies were not honored as scared vessels, and those who will come after you who will be the pulse of equity and inclusion of our essence and expression as women.
