Activation Method Training is a 4-month inner attuning to learn Process Work, Energy Work, and Breath Work that resides within you.

The group includes trauma-informed modules on Process Work, Energy Work, Breath Work, and Business (diversity, ethics, business, and money). The group is held through two, live, group calls on the 1st and 3rd Fridays each month, as well as self study and practice on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month, a practicum for completion, a private community space for connection, questions, and support from Gwen.

The last day to apply is October 30th, registration ends November 2nd, and training starts November 5th. Learn more and apply here.
