Activation Method Training is a 4-month inner attuning to Process Work, Energy Work, and Breath Work and Integration. The training container includes trauma-informed modules on Process Work, Energy Work, Breath Work, and Integration (authentic marketing, diversity and ethics, business and money).

The group is held through two, live, group calls on the 1st and 3rd Fridays each month, as well as self study and practice on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month, a practicum for completion, a private community space for connection, questions, and support from Gwen.
