It can't be defined by notes on sheet music, or specific steps to a beat. Expression is a feeling in the soul. A rousing of your truth. A deep connection to self.

For so long, there's felt like more in me, something I couldn't reach. I've been trying to wake it up in me my entire life. I studied ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. I went to Berklee to perfect my high notes and sing the blues. I got into photography and even developed my own pictures. But it was all measured, perfected, controlled.

PURE EXPRESSION IS EXPANSION

It goes beyond what the lines on a page could ever hold. It's more than the words you can write. It's something that can only intuitively come through you.

Expression isn't meant to have boundaries or be controlled. It's meant to flow through you. And it's FOR you, not anyone else. Expression CHANGES you. Now that it's alive in me, I welcome you into a world where your soul expresses through you, too.
