In this New Moon Breathwork Circle in Aquarius is all about seeking your own individuality and being your own person—even if it's not what others might want for you. In the circle we will:

• open with a shamanic energy ritual

• learn and apply the astrological, lunar and human design transits

• active breathwork healing, restorative meditation, reflection sharing
