It is very easy for modern women to fall into the trap of operating from the masculine energies within us. This shows up as pushing, driving, forcing, controlling, grinding, hustling, and. burning out.
Many of us grew up with goals and desires. We set out to meet them. But we discovered that we had to operate like men in order to survive in corporate settings. And yet many of us never had female mentors in executive positions to learn how to balance our feminine and masculine energies.
There are toxic feminine and masculine energies that we’ve been conditioned to operate from. There are also divine feminine and masculine energies that exist within us, that we can remember.

The divine feminine within you: is loving, is compassionate, moves through flow and fluidity, brings vulnerability, is emotional and sensitive to what is happening, brings intuition and sensuality, is looking through the lens of connection and service.
